A Fine Meal

A group of faculty got together for a traditional Zimbabwean meal. It was cooked and served by hospitality students. The meal included chicken meat, chicken feet, tortoise, fried caterpillar, and goat meat. There was also salad of lettuce and tomato, sadza (fine-grained grits, ground corn), and cabbage. No idea what was in the two non-alcoholic drinks but they were sure good. Dessert was creamed pumpkin and sugar cane. We sat there for quite some time enjoying each other's company and the delicious offerings of creative students.
